Entrepreneur: Be Persistent

Business is about problems. You will have problems to solve day in, day out, every day you are in business. But there are two kinds of problems in business: growth problems and liquidation problems. If you've got growth problems, you're one of the lucky ones. That means you've have a job and by applying all you know and all your energies, you will have a future. Your job is to solve your company's problems and one of the most crucial elements to bring to the task is persistence. As Harold Geneen used to say " If you've tried 23 times and failed, you must try the 24th time. You must keep searching for a solution that is not just for the moment, but which is strategic and generic and forms a permanent solution to the problem." No one could say it better.
