Employees at Compare are entitled to a number of benefits like corporate incentives, marketing incentives, Companionship reward, Punctuality rewards, special rewards, etc.
Corporate incentive is the one, which every individual is entitled to on completion of the organization’s annual target.
Each marketing employee is entitled to the marketing incentive based on his/her performance.
Companionship reward is awarded to the members for their continuous support and loyalty. For every year of service with the organization, an individual is entitled to an additional salary of 10 days.
We also have ESPS and ESOP schemes. ESPS is the ‘Employee Share Purchase Scheme’ under which 33400 shares have been issued for the last financial year. ESOP is the ‘Employee Stock option Plan’.
We at Compare believe that nothing determines the personality of a person like the value he/she attributes to time and punctuality. Thus we reward the individuals who value time and punctuality by awarding them cash prizes under the ‘Punctuality Rewards’ scheme.
