Fidelity Technology India (FTI) is the wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity International Limited which came into being in 2001 to provide technology solutions in support of Fidelity business initiatives to enhance its investment products and services.
We continued our expansion drive in India by establishing Business Operations in March 2003. The Business Operations team comprises of two distinct areas – The Customer Services Group and the India Service Centre which work in partnership with sites in UK, Luxembourg and Germany. The role of Customer Service group is to provide information to intermediaries and clients based in the UK on Fidelity’s products & services. Service Centre team includes Broker Services, Dealing and Account Setup and maintenance.
